By placing an order with Universal Jacket, you agree to the following terms. These guidelines are intended to provide a clear understanding of our return and refund procedures.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be in their original state—unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email us at sales@universaljacket.com or use Live Chat with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label along with instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Check your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly. To arrange a return for such items, email sales@universaljacket.com or use Live Chat
We do not accept exchanges unless the item is damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective. For exchange requests, please contact us at sales@universaljacket.com
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear after approval. If you haven’t received it after this period, please contact us.
Refunds will not be given for promotional discounts that were not applied at the time of purchase. All discounts must be redeemed during checkout; adjustments cannot be made afterward.
